 Cancellation Policy

 The contract is finalized only if the full CLINIMONT service fee is paid via the website. Otherwise, health tourism organization is not made until the service fee payment is fully realized.

 Cancellation and Amendment Conditions of Health Tourism Organization

In case the user requests a cancellation of the health tourism organization, the notification must be in writing and the user must issue this notification clearly stating the date of the reservation, the organization subject to the termination, the price, his / her name, surname and address and the date of issue of the notification.

In the case of termination notifications made at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of the health tourism organization, the amount paid shall be refunded to the user by deducting 15% of the total file price in line with the expenses arising from the compulsory taxes, duties and similar legal obligations. Cancellation notices made by the user less than 30 (thirty) days before the start of the organization, the following cancellation deductions shall be made.

– 25% of the total amount for cancellations made 29-21 days before arrival date,

– 50% of the total amount for cancellations made 20-08 days before arrival date,

– 8% of the total amount for cancellations made 07-03 days before arrival date,

– 100% of the total amount shall be charged as cancellation deduction for cancellations made less than 03 days prior to arrival date,

FORCE MAJEURE

Fire, earthquake, flood, civil or external wars, government decisions, embargo, natural disasters, fog, avalanche, lightning, nuclear and chemical disaster, major social incidents, unexpected and inescapable behavior of a third party not involved in the execution of the contract, major economic crises and such unforeseen events that may occur in the country’s neighbors or in countries under health tourism, and which develop beyond the control of CLINIMONT, shall be considered as force majeure. In the event of a force majeure, we have the right to change and/or cancel the program of the international health tourism organization. CLINIMONT is not liable in any way for non-fulfillment of debts and obligations due to force majeure.
